PLEASE read about our group apparatus classes:


Group equipment classes are geared for those familiar with the classical order of the work,

fit enough to perform the exercises with decreased supervision and have no injuries that inhibit

safe group practice.  You must have approval by one of our instructors before attending class. 

Until we work with you, we cannot estimate how many sessions it will take.  This is meant for your

safety and enjoyment as well as the rest of your classmates.

  1. • There is a full charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.  For Monday appointments, you must contact us by 5:15pm on the Friday before, or cancel online outside of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

  2. • Teachers are occasionally subject to change without notice

  3. • NO chewing gum in the studio.

  4. • There are no extensions on packages.  Please plan your purchases with vacations in mind.

  5. • No entry into group classes if you are more than 10 minutes late.

  6. • If there is a wait-list and you are more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to give your spot to

someone on the wait-list.  You will not be charged for this.

  1. • All classes are 55 minutes in length.

  2. • All packages unless noted otherwise are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

MONTHLY UNLIMITED CLASS CARD!


The purchase of this package is a three month commitment. Your auto payment in the amount of $145 with be charged monthly on the 1st or 15th (client's choice). Early termination of this package will result in a penalty fee of one month. Packages are set to auto-renew at the end of the three month term. It is the client's responsibility to notify the studio prior to the end of the package if s/he does not wish to continue with this package.


This card enables the following:

     ·the ability to reserve space in mat classes up to one month in advance

     ·no more late cancellations

     ·discounted apparatus classes

     ·discounted private sessions

     ·convenient auto-pay on the 1st or 15th of the month
